Service Description

The table is set. I've got a family style meal of the following: • The Leadville 100 race course broken up into digestible max effort race simulations with added singletrack goodies that the race course skips. •• A Top-5 Colorado backcountry singletrack route on the Colorado Trail that leads you over 3 majestic mountain passes. ••• The iconic Columbine climb but with a singletrack twist on the Colorado Trail and around Twin Lakes that drops you at the perfect post-ride location: a food truck park. •••• A true Leadville experience with a Victorian house just off Main St. that's surely spirited by the ghosts of mining's past. Spooky... This camp delivers for all riders. If you are doing the Leadville 100 race this August, it's a must. We will be tracking your "best times" on the critical pieces of the LT100 Course: Kevins (outbound), Powerline (inbound), Columbine (out/back), and some of the mundane middle bits. With timestamps on these pivotal elements of your race you'll have a strategy for executing your best race come August 9th If you are not doing the Leadville 100 but are competing at the Breck Epic or another late summer Colorado event then these 3 days of high-altitude, challenging MTB riding coupled with the workouts and development worksheets will set you up with some fantastic fitness for your Colorado competition. If you've heard the Leadville course is boring let me assure you, that is bad beta. The course rocks when you are going race pace but just to be sure your MTB-stoke is tickled pink, I've tweaked each training ride on the LT100 course to add spicy singletrack that will have you begging to be back in Leadville next year. Giddy up. Are you ready for training in the highest elevation incorporated town in the US? I hope so! If you're nervous, great! That means you're ready to give me what you've got. Below are some ride statistics for the camp. Day's 2 and 3 have options for a longer/shorter route and with the DtD Vehicle Fleet in Leadville we can make sure all riders are safe and accounted for no matter the situation. We've got your back! Bring your grit, guts, and determination. We've got the rest.
